Make your spa visit more pleasant...

  • Please arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes before your appointment time to relax and enjoy our amenities and to update/complete medical history forms.

  • All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of your service. Please note that treatment times are reduced for late arrivals in order to accommodate our next scheduled guest on time.

  • To ensure that we can accommodate you during your preferred times, we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa.

  • Gratuities for our staff are not included in the price of individual treatments. If you appreciated the service you received, it is customary, though not required, to provide your therapist(s) with a token of your appreciation. Because spa packages are usually paid for ahead of time as a gift, a 17% gratuity is added at the time of the purchase.

  • We request that pagers and cell phones be turned off or on vibrate to maintain our serene environment.

  • Please keep valuables at home. Ajuva Medical and Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

  • To ensure reservations for treatments, a credit card or gift certificate number will be requested. Cancellations can not be accepted on the day of service, in fairness to our aestheticians and providers.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • Financing is available for all regularly priced purchases of $1200 or more. Not available for promotions and discounts.

  • All services, packages and prices are subject to change.

Give the gift of well-being. Ajuva Gift Cards are a memorable expression of caring, from the unique presentation to the exquisite experience. Cards are available in any denomination and may be applied towards all products and services, including cosmetic surgery. An array of lavish gifts and gift baskets are also available and can be customized. Unlimited combinations of services are available as well as our many signature packages.
